The company provides insight into the individual and fosters connection with others. With energetic and tailor-made training programs and coaching sessions, Breaking Habits drives lasting behavioral change for both employees and organizations.

Idea

The concept of breaking habits is visualised through the detached block of the letter R. Removed from its original position and given a new function as a dot, it symbolises a different way of thinking. It challenges convention while remaining grounded—reflecting Breaking Habits’ ability to push boundaries while building strong foundations for change.
